We exhibited our products at ROSUPACK, the 27th international packaging fair. We met with our customers in Russia. It was mostly a fair where we discussed new projects with new customers. We had the opportunity to evaluate the market and trends among our leading customers in the sector. We opened the doors of new collaborations by visiting the stands of the companies participating in the fair.
We think that we have taken an important step to increase our export figures to the Russian market. We have seen once again how important it is to know the culture and language of the local people in order to do business here.
We had the opportunity to see on-site that the Ukrainian war and the embargo conditions that came with it did not cause serious damage to the industry. However, to be honest, the embargo has also created good opportunities for Turkish companies. We wish to increase our share in the market in the coming years.
We must admit that we had the opportunity to visit Moscow's famous restaurants and historical sites in the time left after the fair. When we learned that Ukrainian flavors were dominant in Russia, we learned once again how unnecessary and sad the war was for the two brotherly peoples.
When you come to Moscow, we definitely recommend you to visit Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral. You can easily reach anywhere you want with the famous Moscow metro.
We would also like to thank our friends who came from Turkey and visited us at this fair. Hoping to meet again next year…
