ST110 - STEAM TUNNEL (Single Cabin)

• The tunnel frame and other mechanical components are manufactured from AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

• Aluminum components are coated with natural anodization.

• Multiple steam chambers allow independent adjustment of steam quantity and temperature.

• Equipped with two gasketed, sealed stainless steel covers.

• The 4-axis adjustable nozzle system enables steam application at different heights and angles.

• Steam pressure can be precisely adjusted via two nozzles.

• Equipped with an energy-efficient nozzle system.

• According to package dimensions, application nozzle pressure and internal cabin temperature operate at 0.5 Bar – 3 Bar / 80–85 °C.

• A safety valve is provided against sudden pressure increases.

• Condensed water is discharged via a steam trap.

• Steam vacuum chambers at the inlet and outlet prevent steam from spreading into the production area.

• Optionally manufactured with a conveyor of suitable length according to customer requirements.

• Used for ironing purposes after the steam tunnel in body sleeve applications on PE bottles.
